What I Create

I help ambitious brands make complex ideas clear, credible, and compelling. My work spans thought leadership, marketing and sales enablement, executive communications, research insights, freature journalism, and branded content across digital, print, video, and live formats. The projects below represent my approach to concept development, content leadership, and creative execution.

Thought Leadership Campaign

I used original research to elevate the company’s market influence, achieve new levels of audience reach, and create a foundation for deeper conversations with industry stakeholders. 

My role: I led quantitative and qualitative question design, interviewed industry SMEs, and analyzed the results. I then used the research to strenghten the company’s speaker RFPs, resulting in six new targeted regional and national engagements. I  moderated and recruited panels to discuss industry strategies related to the research.

The panel engagement strengthened account relationships, as more than 80% of senior executive participants became clients or maintained client status. Sales staff appreciated not only the significant brand exposure but also the ability to have extended conversations with new and cross-sell prospects at pre-event dinners attended by the panelists during multi-day events.

Speaking scores were top percentile, and post-event social media engagement highlighting the research and lessons learned were among the company’s top-performing content for the year. Many of the panelists shared content on social channels with peers, further elevating market reach and trust.

I also used the research to write a report that resulted in a 32% increase in MQLs.

In addition, I recruited the report’s interviewees to join a Speakers Bureau for the company, facilitating additional engagements with the industry SMEs through collaborative webinars and panels.

The report’s release garnered significant trade media coverage, including articles, social media coverage, and an infographic featured in HealthLeaders, Becker’s Healthcare, hfm Magazine, AI Journal, and Healthcare Finance News

Research Report

Product Marketing and Sales Enablement

In the sample collection featured, I share key components from a recent campaign: a product sell sheet, case study, customer testimonial, and ROI examples. Together, they helped present a value-driven story of the partner’s expertise and capabilities.

Executive Communications

I frequently partner with CEOs and other executives to amplify their leadership perspectives and industry influence, as seen in this sample collection of ghostwritten bylines in leading publications, CEO interviews, thought leadership blogs, and sponsored company profiles.

Research & Analysis

I have considerable experience developing and executing research programs and reports, whether to gain proprietary brand intelligence or shape market-facing thought leadership. In compliance with NDAs, the sample collection featured is thought leadership-focused. 

Business Trends and Journalism

My background includes reporting on issues related to healthcare, tecchnology, and manufacturing.

My role: I’ve written many short- and long-form feature articles on healthcare topics for B2B and B2C audiences. My B2B background includes extensive experience covering revenue cycle, capital planning, AI and automation, supply chain, and value-based care.

My role: For this e-book, I developed a content approach appealing to readers at multiple stages of packaging robotics adoption to maximize audience growth and bring in the widest advertiser base for the industry trade publication behind its development. Focus was practical: considerations for use, upcoming innovations, case studies, and practical implementation steps.

My role: To liven up the typical business profile, I weave a lot of information––and a little bit of levity––into this “storytelling” newspaper article featuring a well-known food producer. (For an example of a manufacturer’s content marketing campaign, see “branded content marketing“)

Branded Content Marketing

My background includes running brand studios in the publisher and association setting as well as agency experience. Companies I have worked with include Bank of America, 3M, Starbucks, Aetna, Walgreens, Visa, Siemens, GE Healthcare, Siemens, Humana, and Mitsubishi. The collection highlights a trade media content marketing campaign and several supporting content assets created on the sponsor’s behalf (case study, interactive e-book, article, product video, etc.).

Sarah Loeffler
